Diet Pill Dangers!
Many times a week I am asked for my opinion on diet pills. My first comment is that you are all big enough to make your own minds up for yourself but do look into the facts first.
Broadly speaking, there are diet pills, diet supplements and natural herbal remedies. You can find out more details about how diet supplements reduce your calorie intake here and how diet pills help you burn calories here.
Diet pills are medicines and should only be used under medical advice and obtained by prescription from your own doctor. They contain some very powerful chemicals and if misused are potentially lethal. See the story below about Caroline: More On: Diet Pill Dangers

Burning Some Calories!
Although tackling weight challenges and obesity is definitely no laughing matter, sometimes all you need to pick yourself up is a good old laugh.
According to some scientist type with nothing better to do, laughing 10-15 minutes a day will burn enough calories to lose two kilograms (4.4 pounds) in a year!

The second option that you have is to play around with the amount of calories your body burns. Now that means increasing your metabolic rate (the measurement of how fast your body burns calories) either through exercise or cheating again!
Still with me so far? Good!

We are what we have chosen to be from the depth of our very souls and being. We are self-made based upon our beliefs.
We take responsibility for our own actions. We take responsibility for who we are, what we have become.
We understand that we are responsible for what goes into our mouths. For what we eat and what we drink.
We understand that we are responsible for what exercise we do or do not do. What we put off to another day and what we delay because of fear or anxiety.
