Be Courageous

People usually procrastinate or put things off because of fear and lack of confidence. One of the best escapes from this prison of indecision and lack of action is to take even the smallest steps toward your goals.

The first step is undoubtedly the hardest. It’s so easy to keep putting things off.

Courage is the ability to exercise your free will and make things happen especially in the face of setbacks and unforeseen challenges.

The commitment to wade through these inevitable crises is the meaning of courage. To gain courage is to change your beliefs about what you and those you hold dearest deserve. About what’s possible with patience and persistence.

You have been given the greatest power in the world, the power to choose. It is the ability to select healthy choices and take daily actions that define who you are to become, the new slimmer you?
